These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreamer vision board app for iPhone (the "App") and the website at vision-board.app (the "Website"), together the "Service". The Service is provided by IP Marina Aliakseichyk ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
License to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Subscriptions, trials, and renewals
Dreamer offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or yearly), and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Some subscriptions may begin with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; we do not process payments directly.
- Prices and plans may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and changes will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or store in the Service and for your conduct while using it. You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security;
- access the Service through automated means or create accounts in an unauthorized way;
- infringe the rights of others or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Content you create in the App remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, processing and displaying your content within the App).
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Dreamer is a creativity and self-reflection tool and is not a substitute for professional, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
