This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Dreamer vision board app for iPhone (the "App") and the website at vision-board.app (the "Website"). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

Dreamer is developed and operated by IP Marina Aliakseichyk ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have any questions, contact us at dreamerhabit.app@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible, and only what we need to run the service, keep it stable, and improve it.

On the Website

The Website is a public marketing site. It does not offer accounts and does not ask you to submit personal details. We process:

  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, referring links, approximate region, browser and device type, and similar diagnostic information, through privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Marketing attribution — if you arrive from an Apple Search Ads campaign, a first-party cookie stores a campaign and provider token so we can understand which campaigns lead to App Store visits. This token does not identify you personally.
  • Your cookie choice — a first-party cookie records whether you accepted or declined optional analytics, so we do not ask you again on every visit.

In the App

Most of what you create in Dreamer — your vision boards, images, notes, and affirmations — is stored on your device. We process:

  • Subscription data — your subscription status and purchase history, managed through Apple and our subscription provider. Payments are handled by Apple; we never receive or store your card details.
  • Product analytics — anonymous or pseudonymous events about how features are used (for example, which screens are opened), used to understand and improve the App.
  • Diagnostic and stability data — crash reports, performance metrics, and anti-abuse signals that help us keep the App reliable and secure.
  • Advertising and attribution data — measurement of advertising campaign performance. On iOS this is gated by Apple's App Tracking Transparency: device-level advertising identifiers are only used if you grant permission when prompted.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the App and Website;
  • process and manage subscriptions and free trials;
  • understand usage, fix problems, and improve features and performance;
  • measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising;
  • protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services and processors

We use a small number of trusted providers to deliver the service. Each acts under its own privacy policy:

  • Apple — app distribution, subscriptions and payments, Apple Search Ads attribution, and SKAdNetwork. Privacy policy
  • Adapty — subscription management and revenue analytics. Privacy policy
  • Amplitude — product and usage analytics. Privacy policy
  • Google (Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Ads) — app analytics, stability and anti-abuse, website analytics, and advertising conversion measurement. Privacy policy
  • Meta (Facebook) — advertising and campaign attribution, only after App Tracking Transparency consent. Privacy policy
  • Vercel — website hosting, website analytics, and bot protection. Privacy policy

Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses first-party cookies to remember your cookie choice and to store marketing attribution. Optional analytics cookies and scripts are only loaded after you give consent in regions where consent is required (the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Brazil); elsewhere they may load by default under applicable law. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the App and process subscriptions), consent (for optional analytics and advertising where required), and our legitimate interests (to keep the service secure, stable, and improving). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

International data transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Analytics and diagnostic data are retained in aggregated or pseudonymized form. Subscription records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA, the UK, Brazil, and California (and other regions with similar laws) have these or equivalent rights. To make a request, email us at dreamerhabit.app@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children's privacy

Dreamer is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or Website where appropriate.
